Tickets to all screenings are available at the door for as long as seating is available. Advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged, as films do sell out. Tickets to screenings can be purchased in advance, either online at pvjff.org, in person at the Springfield JCC, or by phone. Note that some screenings require separate ticketing. See details below.

Screenings at Amherst College, Elms College, Mount Holyoke College, and UMass Amherst are free for students, faculty, and staff of the host college. Valid ID is required.
Purchasing Tickets
The Keeper At PVJFF.com: From the Film Lineup page, click on the individual film that you are interested in. Then click the green "Buy Tickets" button at the bottom of that page. All fees are included in the ticket price. Online purchasing closes at 12:00 PM on the day of a screening.
By Phone: Order tickets by phone at (413) 739-4715 with a credit card. Tickets can be picked up at the door ("will call").
In Person: Buy tickets in person at the Springfield JCC with cash, check or credit card.
At the Door: Tickets can be purchased at the door starting 30 minutes before the screening, for as long as seating is available. Cash and checks are accepted for PVJFF screenings. Credit cards may be used at Amherst Cinema and Greenfield Garden Cinemas.

Please note: Amherst Cinema Member/Senior/Student prices are not applicable at this screening.

For Pothole Picture/Memorial Hall Screenings
Tickets available at the door. Pre-purchased Pothole Pictures tickets are accepted. Purchase advance tickets at the rate of 5 for $20 by sending a check to Pothole Pictures, P.O. Box 368, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370.
Special Free Screenings
These screenings are FREE for everyone. No tickets are necessary. Admission is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Seating
As seating may be limited, guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the film program. Reserved seating is available for purchase at all screenings, except for Amherst Cinema, Greenfield Garden Cinemas, and Pothole Pictures.
Refunds
Tickets are final sale and non-exchangeable. Refunds are available only for cancelled or rescheduled programs. PVJFF is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Due to circumstances beyond the PVJFF’s control, film programs are subject to change without prior notice.
